Stainless steel coils are essential raw materials across industries ranging from kitchenware to chemical processing. Understanding the available grades, surface finishes, and technical specifications helps buyers make informed purchasing decisions.
Material Grades for Every Requirement
Our stainless steel coils cover three major series. The 200 series includes 201 and 202 — economical options for decorative applications. The 300 series offers the most versatile selection: 304, 304L, 304H, 310S, 316, 316L, 317L, 321, 309S, 2205, 2507, and 2520. These grades provide excellent corrosion resistance and formability. For high-strength and wear-resistant needs, the 400 series includes 410, 410S, 420, 430, 431, 440A, and even 904L for super-austenitic performance.
Surface Finishes Defined
Surface finish directly impacts performance and aesthetics. No.1 finish is hot-rolled, annealed, and pickled — ideal for chemical tanks and industrial equipment. 2B finish offers a brighter, smoother surface after skin pass rolling, perfect for medical instruments and tableware. BA (bright annealed) provides a reflective finish after heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere, commonly used for kitchen utensils and architectural purposes.
Thickness and Width Options
Our coils range from 0.1mm to 12mm thickness, with widths of 1000mm, 1219mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm. Custom dimensions are available upon request. All products comply with AISI, ASTM, DIN, GB, JIS, and SUS standards.
Whether you need hot rolled or cold drawn stainless steel coil for building materials, decorative panels, or industrial tanks, selecting the right grade and surface finish ensures long-term performance and cost efficiency.
